Lennar (NYSE: LEN) was founded in Miami in 1954 and is one of the two largest homebuilders in the country by volume. In the Tucson area it is the most active builder on the MLS: 527 Lennar-built homes closed in the twelve months to September 2026, more than any other builder, and it usually has around a hundred homes listed at any one time.
Its communities sit on the growth edges of the metro: Sycamore Canyon in Vail and Rocking K South on the southeast side of Tucson, Gladden Farms in Marana, Red Rock Village north of Marana on I-10, Star Valley on the southwest side near the Tucson Mountains, and Entrada del Pueblo in Sahuarita.
