Once a month, after our market statistics are recomputed from MLS of Southern Arizona closed sales, we write up what changed: median sold prices across the Tucson areas we track, how long homes took to sell, how close sellers came to their asking price, and how many buyers paid cash. Alongside the monthly updates sits our 2026 luxury market forecast, which looks further ahead.

Every figure in an update is dated and comes from the same computed data as our market reports, which carry each area's full twelve-month table and methodology. An update describes the market in the month it was written; for the latest numbers, the area's own market report is always current.
